早产儿呼吸暂停的护理管理

[摘要] Abstract：Apnea, as a common complication of prematurity and very low birth weight newborn, may cause cerebral palsy, periventricular leukomalacia and even death. This paper reviewed the emergency treatment and nursing management of apnea in premature infants, including general nursing measures, body temperature monitoring, comfort nursing, position management, respiratory tract management, feeding management and infection control, in order to provide approaches of improving quality of prematurity nursing.
