品管圈管理模式在提高可复用口腔种植器械有效清洗率中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the quality control cycle(QCC)management on improvement of cleaning efficiency in reusable instruments for oral implantology.Methods To set up the QCC group and to determine the theme as improvement of cleaning efficiency in reusable instruments for oral implantology. Resolutions were carried out based on the evaluation the current status and analysis of the factors affecting the cleaning efficiency. The qualified rate of instrument cleaning before implementation of QCC management(between July 2015 and September 2015)and after implementation of QCC management(between October, 2015 and December, 2015)were calculated and compared.Results The qualified rate of oral implantology instrument cleaning increased from 83.96% before QCC implementation to 97.64% after QCC implementation, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC management can significantly improve the cleaning efficiency of the reusable instruments for oral implantology, and to ensure the management quality in department of stomatology.
