腹腔镜胆囊切除术后颈肩痛原因分析及护理

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the reasons and nursing interventions of patients with neck and shoulder pain after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods A total of 64 patients with laparoscopic gallbladder surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The two groups were treated with different methods of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and nursing measures. The incidence rate of neck and shoulder pain as well as rehabilitation time were compared between two groups. Results The incidence rates of neck and shoulder pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the rehabilitation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing measures such as reduction of CO2 pneumoperitoneum pressure, change of operation position, discharge of residual gas, continuous inhalation of oxygen and mental nursing can effectively reduce the incidence rate of neck and shoulder pain and shorten rehabilitation time, so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
