医药护患一体化模式在腹部肿瘤患者化疗中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of doctorpharmacistnursepatient integrated mode in treatment of abdominal cancer patients with chemotherapy. Methods A group of doctorpharmacistnursepatient integrated mode included 6 doctors, 13 nurses and 1 pharmacist. Understanding rate of therapeutic plan in nurses, satisfaction of patients, awareness rate of countermeasures to extravasations of chemotherapeutic drugs in nurses and the awareness rate of countermeasures to chemotherapy drugs overflow in nurses were compared before and after implementation of doctorpharmacistnursepatient integrated mode. Results Understanding rate of therapeutic plan in nurses, awareness rate of countermeasures to extravasations of chemotherapeutic drugs in nurses and the awareness rate of countermeasures to chemotherapy drugs overflow in nurses after implementation of doctorpharmacistnursepatient integrated mode were significantly better than those before treatment (P<0.05). Score of satisfaction of patients after treatment was (96.02±6.05), which was significantly higher than (86.84±5.12) before treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion The doctorpharmacistnursepatient integrated mode can increase the satisfaction of patients, ensure the safety of chemotherapy drugs and improve nursing quality.
