Braden量表在预防老年长期卧床住院患者压疮中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To study the effect of Braden scale in the prevention of pressure ulcers for elderly long-term bedridden patients. Methods A total of 88 elderly longterm bedridden patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group adopted conventional nursing of pressure ulcers once for every two hours, and the test group adopted Braden scale evaluation on the basis of control group. The incidence rate of pressure ulcers for two groups was compared. Results The control group had 2 cases with pressure ulcers and its incidence rate was 4.5%. The test group had no pressure ulcers patients, there was significant betweengroup difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Effective prevention and nursing for elderly longterm bedridden patients can greatly reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and improve patient′s quality of life.
