信息-动机-行为模式在全髋关节置换术患者康复护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application of information-motivation-behavior (IMB) mode in recovery nursing of patients with total hip arthroplasty (THA). Methods A total of 62 patients undergoing THA were assigned to control group (n=30) and observation group (n=32), with conventional nursing and health education for both groups. And the observation group applied IMB-based nursing intervention additionally. The rehabilitation completion and the scores of Harris Hip Joint Function Scale were observed. Results Completion rate of rehabilitation training was 90.6%(29/32) in the observation group, which was higher than 56.7%(17/30) in the controls after operation(P＜0.01). The scores of Harris Hip Joint Function Scale were improved in both groups after intervention(P＜0.01), and the patients in the observation group received higher scores of Harris Hip Joint Function Scale after intervention than those in the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion IMB-based nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients and promote the rehabilitation of joint function of patients after THA.
