快速康复外科理念指导下的助产实践体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of midwifery practice under guidance of fast track surgery concept. Methods A total of 82 primiparas with normal vaginal delivery were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 41 cases in each group. The group A was treated with conventional nursing, while the group B was treated with nursing interventions under guidance of fast track surgery concept. The length of hospital stay, episiotomy rate and total cost were compared between two groups. Results All the primiparas delivered successfully. The primiparas in the group A were treated with episiotomy. In the group B, 13 primiparas were treated with small lesion episiotomy, 23 primiparas with first-degree perineal lacerations were treated with perineorrhaphy, and 5 primiparas were not sutured. The length of hospital stay and total cost in the group B were significantly better than those in the group A (P<0.01). Conclusion Application of fast track surgery concept can effectively reduce the trauma caused by assisted delivery and promote postpartum rehabilitation.
