慢性硬膜下血肿应用微创钻孔引流术后的护理研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the nursing of chronic subdural hematoma after minimally invasive drainage. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with chronic subdural hematoma was retrospectively analyzed. Targeted nursing care including monitoring on pupillary changes, conscious and virtual status, and drainage tube management were performed in whole process of minimally invasive drainage. Results All the patients underwent the operation successfully, with a decrease of hematoma volume. Conclusion Nursing is necessary for chronic subdural hematoma after minimally invasive drainage.
