血液病病房经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管患者集束化护理

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate cluster bundled nursing measures in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) in hematological ward. Methods A total of 80 patients with PICC were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with cluster bundled nursing measures and conventional nursing care, respectively. The incidence of catheter related blood stream infection (CRBSI) and unplanned extubation were compared between two groups. Results Incidences of CRBSI and unplanned extubation were 7.5%(8/40) and 27.0%(11/40) in control group, and were 5.0%(2/40) and 10.0%(4/40) in observation group, with significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had longer catheter time compared with the controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion Cluster bundled nursing measures are effective for the prevention of CRBSI and unplanned extubation in patients with PICC.
