分阶段护理对高血压性脑出血患者预后的影响

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention according to disease course on prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH). Methods A total of 33 HIH patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=17) and control group (n=16), receiving nursing intervention according to disease course and conventional nursing, respectively. Activity of daily living was evaluated by Barthel index and motor ability was assessed by FuglMeyer assessment (FMA). The complication was also recorded during treatment.  Results Barthel index and FMA were increased in both groups at hospital discharge(P＜0.05, P＜0.01), and were better improved in observation group than those in control group (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). One case of pulmonary infection, 1 case of gastrointestinal bleeding, 1 case of bedsore and 1 case of affective disturbance were reported in control group, and 1 case of pulmonary infection, 1 case of gastrointestinal bleeding were reported in observation group, with no significant difference(P＞0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention according to disease course is potentially effective to improve the recovery of HIH patients.
