ICU气管插管非计划性拔管原因分析与护理对策

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT:Objective To discuss the potential causes of unplanned extubation in ICU and related nursing measures. Methods The clinical data of 16 patients with endotracheal intubation was retrospectively collected , and the potential causes of unplanned extubation were analyzed. Results There were several reasons of unplanned extubation, including inadequate nursing care, poor communication between nurse and patients, impropriate intubation fixation. Conclusion It is suggested that regular checking and assessment, enhanced communication, increase of nursing resources are potential solutions for unplanned extubation.
