胸腔镜术后发生肺漏气的观察与护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the observation and nursing of pulmonary leakage after thoracoscopy. Methods A total of 96 patients with unilateral lung ventilation assisted by general anesthesia were selected, and the vital signs were observed after operation to discover lung leakage in time and to give targeted care. Results Of 96 patients, there were 3 cases with lung leakage. After active treatment and nursing rehabilitation, they were all successfully discharged. Conclusion Targeted preoperative and postoperative nursing, and close observation of diseases condition can promote the recovery of patients with pulmonary leakage after the surgery.
