PDCA循环在连续性血液净化治疗患者压疮护理管理中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the PDCA circulation in pressure sore nursing for patients with continuous blood purification(CBP). Methods A total of 178 patients with 285 times of CBP were divided into control group (Jan. 2013 to Del. 2013, n=127) and intervention group (Jan. 2014 to Del. 2014, n=158),with conventional nursing care and PDCA circulationbased nursing interventions. Results The incidence of pressure sore was 10.24%(13/127) in control group and was 1.2%(2/158) in intervention group (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in satisfaction rate before and after intervention (70.87% vs. 94.3%, P＜0.05). Conclusion The PDCA circulation can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores in patients with CBP, and improve the nursing  satisfaction.
