雾化后机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床观察
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of mechanical vibration expectoration after atomization inhalation for pneumonia children. Methods A total of 160 children with pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 80 cases in each group. After 10 minutes of atomization inhalation, the control group was treated with artificial percussion to expel sputum, and the experimental group was given mechanical vibration expectoration 2 times per day for following 5 days. The duration of fever, cough and shortness of breath, disappearance time of pulmonary rales, expectoration times in a day, length of stay were recorded and compared between two groups. Results The overall effective rate in the experimental group was 91.2%, which was higher than 71.3%in the control group (P<0.05). Patients in the experimental group had shorter disappeared time of fever and cough, shortness of breath, as well as length of stay, compared with those in the control group (P<0.01). And times of expectoration in a day was less in experimental group than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Mechanical vibration expectoration after atomization inhalation can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the length of stay in children with pneumonia.
