临床护理路径在抢救急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway on acute myocardial infarction patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction can be divided into control group with 35 cases and observation group with 37 cases. Time from admission to ECG results, time from admission to venous sampling time, time from admission to transferring time to PCI room of two groups were compared. Results The observation group had shorter stay time in the emergency room and PCI room(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for PCI patients with acute myocardial infarction has significant efficacy and it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
