延续护理对农村地区COPD稳定期患者生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objectives To evaluate the effect of transitional care intervention on the quality of life in COPD patients in stable stage from rural areas. Method A total of 60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into experimental group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases. Patients in the control group were given routine instructions on their discharge, while those in the experimental group received transitional care intervention. CAT scores and 6 min walking distance were compared between two groups after 3 months. Results The CAT scores in experimental group were lower than that in the control group(P<0. 05). But 6 min walking distance was further in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion The transitional care intervention can effectively improve the life quality of COPD patients in stable stage from rural areas and the self management ability of patients.
