急诊全程优化护理在抢救重症颅脑外伤患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore clinical effect of optimized nursing in rescuing patients with severe craniocerebral trauma in emergency process. Methods Control group included 50 severe craniocerebral injury patients from July to December 2014 in emergency department, and other 50 severe craniocerebral trauma patients from January to June 2015 were included in observation group. The control group was treated by routine emergency care, and observation group were treated by optimized nursing, prognosis and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Prognosis in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Optimized nursing process for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can shorten rescue time and efficiency of rescue, reduce mortality, and improve quality of emergency care.
