宫腹腔镜联合中医外治法治疗输卵管性不孕症的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze nursing of oviductive infertility patients treated with laparoscopy combined with external therapy of TCM. Methods A total of 86 cases with oviductive infertility were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into group I and group Ⅱ according to random number table method. The group Ⅰ was treated with routine nursing and the group Ⅱ was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine. The treatment effect of two groups was compared and postoperative time to first exhaust, borborygmus recovery time, hospitalization time, and pain score were compared. After followed up for 1 year, pregnancy rate was compared. Results The total effective rate in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ (P<0.05). Time to first exhaust, borborygmus recovery time, and hospitalization time in group Ⅱ were significantly shorter than that in group Ⅰ, pain score was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ (P<0.05). The rate of pregnancy in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of oviductive infertility can effectively enhance the therapeutic effect and pregnancy rate, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery, alleviate patient's pain and economic burden, and shorten hospitalization time, so it is worthy of promotion.
