中医特色护理干预对改善维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量的研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medical nursing on improving sleeping quality of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 236 maintenance hemodialysis patients with sleeping disorder were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group applied traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention. The sleeping quality before and after intervention were assessed by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Results The PSQI scores and sub-item score were improved in both groups after intervention. The observation group had higher scores of PSQI after two weeks and 1 month of intervention compared with the controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medical nursing intervention can improve sleeping quality in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
