CARTO系统引导下导管射频消融术治疗房颤的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the nursing measures of auricular fibrillation patients with radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by three-dimensional electroanatomic mapping system (CARTO) and to explore nursing measures of complications. Methods The clinical data of 192 auricular fibrillation patients with radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by CARTO system were retrospectively analyzed. The nursing measures included psychological counseling, perfecting surgical instrument, accident rescue plan-making, diseases monitoring and prevention of complications. Results All the 192 surgeries were successfully completed. There was no severe complication reported. Conclusion Nursing and complication monitoring in radiofrequency catheter ablation guided by CARTO system can ensure the smooth completion of operations and improve the prognosis of patients.
