护理干预在改善系统性红斑狼疮合并代谢综合征患者疾病认知及代谢指标中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on illness cognition and metabolic indexes in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) and metabolic syndrome (MS). Methods A total of 82 SLE and MS patients were randomly divided into study group (n=41)and control group(n=41), both with conventional nursing. The study group received additional nursing intervention on mental, diet, activity. Results There were a higher disease awareness, lower levels of 2 h PG, systolic blood pressure and total cholesterol in study group than those in control group after intervention(P＜0.05, P＜0.01). The body weight in control group was increased and significant higher than that of study group after intervention(P＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention is potentially useful for improvement of disease cognition and metabolic indexes in patients with SLE and MS.
