吴茱萸热熨治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe clinical nursing effect of Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress therapy in treating lumbar disc herniation due to cold and dampness. Methods A total of 60 patients with lumbar disc herniation due to cold and dampness were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group adopted routine treatment and the observation group was taken Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress therapy combined with routine treatment, and corresponding nursing measures was taken according to dialectical nursing principles. VAS and ODI scores were compared and analyzed at admission and after treatment. Results ODI and VAS scores in both groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group decreased more than the control group (P<0.05). The average time of VAS score reaching 4 points in observation group was shorter (P<0.05).  Conclusion Evodia rutaecarpa hot compress therapy can relieve pain and improve functions of lumbar disc herniation patients due to cold and dampness, so it is worthy of application in clinic.
