静脉留置针在婴幼儿CT增强扫描中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application of venous indwelling needle in infants receiving contrast-enhanced CT. Methods A total of 252 infants undergoing contrast-enhanced CT were randomly divided into study group (n=126) and control group (n=126). Venipuncture with intravenous trocar and butterfly needle were respectively given study group and control group. Results The one-time success rate of the puncture in the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 88.89% in the controls (P＜0.01). The primary puncture-related adverse events in the control group were leakage of contrast agent in 16 cases and hematoma in 10 cases. There was no puncture-related adverse event reported in the study group. Conclusion Implementation of venipuncture with indwelling needle can reduce the leakage rate of venipuncture, improve one-time success rate and avoid the incidence of hematoma and phlebitis.
