护理干预对慢性乙肝患者抗病毒治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on treatment compliance of anti-virus therapy and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods A total of 96 CHB patients were randomly divided into intervention group (n=48) and control group(n=48). In addition to conventional treatment, the intervention group was given nursing interventions on mental, cognition, medication and behavior of patients before discharge. The follow-up lasted for three months after discharge. The treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The intervention group had higher scores in medication, behavior, diet management and knowledge of physiology and isolation compared with the controls (P＜0.01). The compliance rate to anti-virus therapy was 93.75%(45/48) in intervention group and was 77.08%(37/48) in control group, and a significant difference was found between the two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve treatment compliance and quality of life in CHB patients.
