透析相关性疲乏状况调查及其与自我管理行为的相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the relationship between dialysis-related fatigue (DRF) and self management behavior in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis were recruited as research subjects. Basic situation questionnaire, fatigue rating scale and self management behavior assessment scale were used to evaluate the conditions of patients. Results Incidence rate of DRF was 80.83%, in which 9 patients got DRF with mild degree, 59 patients with middle degree and 29 patients with severe degree. Logistic regression analysis showed that self management behavior was protective factors for DRF, renal anemia, mineral and bone metabolism disorder were risk factors for RF.Conclusion Patients with maintenance hemodialysis have different degrees of DRF. Increasing the patient’s self management behavior ability can effectively alleviate the degree of dialysis-related fatigue and improve the quality of life of patients.
