品管圈护理对缩短急性心肌梗死患者急诊滞留时间的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle (QCC) based nursing of around on reducing length of stay in emergency department patients with myocardial infarction. Methods Clinical data of 25 patients with acute myocardial infarction between Jan 2014 and Mar 2014 (as control group) were retrospectively analyzed. After implementation of QCC based nursing, another 27 patients between April 2014 and Jun 2014 were recruited as observation group. The length of ECG examination, medicine consultation, thrombolytic therapy and doortolab were compared between two groups. Results The length of ECG examination, medicine consultation, thrombolytic therapy and doortolab were lower in observation group than those in controls, with significant differences (P＜001). Conclusion QCC based nursing can shorten length of time and optimaze the medical process of patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency department.
