护患沟通技能培训在优质护理实施中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To study the clinical significance of the improvement of nurse-patient communication skill training. Methods A total of 50 junior nurses in nursing department were selected. They received the nurse-patient communication skill training and the training effect was observed. Results After training, the score of nurse-patient communication ability was significantly improved(P＜0.05); The nurses had a higher subjective evaluation on the training; The patient′s satisfaction on the nurse-patient communication was significantly higher than before(P＜0.05). Conclusion The improvement of nurse-patient communication skill training is able to achieve a favorable effect. So it is worthy of promotion.
