全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术后麻醉恢复护理干预效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia recovery nursing intervention of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 82 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was given anesthesia recovery nursing intervention and the control group was given conventional nursing. The incidence of accident falls and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of accident falls was 2.44% in observation group and was 19.51% in control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had higher satisfaction compared with the controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Anesthesia recovery nursing intervention after laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively reduce the risk of accident falls.
