高龄手术患者气管插管拔管后的并发症及防范措施

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore complications of elderly tracheal intubation patients after extubation and its preventive measures. Methods A total of 110 patients at age of 70 years or older with endotracheal intubation after extubation were selected, the condition of postoperative tracheal intubation was observed, and corresponding measures were taken for different situations. Results There were 19 cases(17.3%) with cough and choke, 28 patients(25.5%) with sore throat, 3 patients(2.7%) with reintubation due to hypoxemia, 7 patients(6.4%) with aspiration, 4 patients (3.6%)with airway spasm, 2 patients(1.8%) with high blood pressure and 1 patient(0.9%)with cardiac arrest. Conclusion Multiple complications after extubation for patients with endotracheal intubation may occur, effective nursing intervention can reduce the complication rates, and improve the patient′s adverse situation, so it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
