基层医院护理质量持续改进中的细节管理

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of detail management in improvement of nursing quality in basic level hospitals. MethodsThree level nursing quality control group including head nurses, deputy head nurse, and specialist nurses were established according to the practical nursing work in our hospital, nursing quality as the key component was assessed and the sensitive factors affecting the safety of patients were evaluated. A scientific and feasible quality control system was established by constantly revising and improving the process and quality standards, and the quality of nursing service was continuously improved. ResultsAfter implementation of the detail management, nursing quality system was continuously improved, the management ability of the head nurses was continuously enhanced, the quality was continuously improved, and the patients′ safety was guaranteed. ConclusionThe application of detail management in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in basic level hospitals can obviously improve the quality of nursing and the risk awareness of nursing staff, which is conducive to the development of harmonious environment and the virtuous circle.
