中医辨证治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病伴便秘患者的疗效及护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing methods of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) companying by constipation. Methods A total of 60 COPD patients with constipation were randomly divided into observation groups and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Two groups were both given conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with TCM dialectical therapy and nursing intervention. The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The defecation time and stool returning to normal time in the observation group was significantly earlier than that in the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation in the treatment of COPD patients with constipation is effective, the clinical nursing staff should pay attention to the health education and psychological counseling of COPD patients with constipation.
