中西医结合护理干预在支气管哮喘患者中应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 76 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into observation group (n=38) and control group (n=38). The control group was treated with conventional nursing, while the observation group was treated with nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the basis of the control group. The selfmade scale on TCM symptoms was used to evaluate the nursing effect. Results After intervention, the score of TCM symptoms was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Mastery degree of disease knowledge and drug administration in the observation group were better than the control group (P>0.05). The length of hospital stay was significantly shorter in the observation group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the rehabilitations of patients with bronchial asthma.
