ICU患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染原因分析和护理策略探讨

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate causes of acinetobacter baumannii infection in  ICU and to give nursing strategies. Methods A retrospective analysis of 322 cases between December 2012 and December 2014 were performed to find infection causes and to summarize relevant nursing measures. Another 94 ICU patients between January and July 2015 were given enhanced nursing care. Results Out of 322 patients, 55 cases were infected with acinetobacter baumannii  accounting for 17.1%. Lower respiratory tract infection,  accounting for 76.4% (42/55), was the most common infection. Infection was mainly influenced by the age and invasive operation. After implementation of nursing measures, the infection rate was dropped to 5.3% in 94 patients. Conclusion The prevention and control of acinetobacter baumannii infection can be achieved by strengthening nursing care, especially paying more attention to nursing of elderly patients.
