手术室腔镜精细化管理对手术配合质量的影响

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of fine management of endoscope on quality of cooperation in operation room. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases with endoscopic surgery (control group) between Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 was retrospectively analyzed . Clinical data of another 100 cases of endoscopic surgery (observation group) between Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 were collected. The satisfaction rate of patients and surgeons were evaluated, and operation cooperation was assessed. Results The satisfaction rate of patients and surgeons were higher in observation group than those of the controls, and the assessment outcome about operation cooperation was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Implementation of fine management of endoscope can improve the quality of cooperation and satisfattion in operation room.
