无痛护理管理体系在骨科护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application of painless nursing management in orthopedics care. Methods A total of 130 patients with orthopaedics disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both with conventional treatment and orthopaedics care. The observation group received painless nursing management additionally. Duration of pain, length of stay and satisfaction rate were observed. Results The duration of pain, length of stay were shorter in observation group than those in controls (P＜0.01). The satisfaction rate was 96.92%(63/65) in observation group and was 81.54%(53/65) in control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Painless nursing management can shorten the duration of pain and length of stay and improve nursing satisfaction in patients of orthopaedics disease.
