老年股骨骨折患者综合康复护理的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in elderly patients with femoral fracture.Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with femoral fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing and conventional nursing care, respectively. Results The rate of excellent and good results assessed by Harris Hip Joint Function Scale was 91.89%(34/37) in observation group and 72.97%(27/37) in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). The observation group had better outcomes in FriedmanWyman assessment and lower incidence of complications,compared with the controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can promote rehabilitation in elderly patients with femoral fracture and reduce incidence of complications.
