肿瘤专科医院门诊注射室护理人员职业危险因素分析及防护对策

[摘要] Abstract：The aim and objective of this review is to figure out potential occupational risk factors among nursing staff in outpatient injection room and to provide corresponding measures. There are several main factors summarized, including needle injury, cytotoxic drug, radiological hazard, disinfection, social and psychological factors and management systems. Findings suggest that stable management system and awareness of self-protections are two key points in prevention and control of occupational hazard in outpatient injection room of cancer hospital.
