无负压自然引流在食管癌术后胃肠减压护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effect of non-negative pressure drainage in gastrointestinal decompression nursing after esophageal carcinoma surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with esophageal carcinoma in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional negative pressure drainage, and the observation group was given non-negative pressure drainage, and the drainage volume, recovery and adverse reactions after the operation of the two groups were compared. Results The drainage volume in the operative day in the observation group was less than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in drainage volume, adverse reactions and the complication between the two groups  after 1 d,2 d and 3 d after the operation (P>0.05). The exhaust time, gastric tube indwelling time and hospitalization time in the observation group was less than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Non-negative pressure drainage can not affect the gastrointestinal decompression effect, and it can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in esophageal carcinoma patients.
