甲氨蝶呤治疗未破裂异位妊娠的产妇护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the methods and experience of the psychological and physiology care of unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with methotrexate (MTX). Methods A total of 96 unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with MTX in department of gynecology were treated by MTX muscle injection. Results Of the 96 patients, 85 (89%) was succeed, 4 was failed due to chemotherapy and 7 patients transferred to operative treatment. Conclusion The method of treating unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients with MTX is successful. Standardized drugs administration, active care of psychology and physiology, and handling of adverse drug reactions are keys to successful treatment in unruptured ectopic pregnancy patients treated with MTX.
