手术室舒适护理对老年患者术前焦虑的影响

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the effects of comfortable nursing on pre-operative anxiety of elderly patients. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with elective operation were randomly divided into study group and control group, with conventional nursing and comfortable nursing measures respectively. The pre-operative anxiety status was compared between two groups. Results The proportion of people graded as moderate and severe anxiety were significantly lower in study group than that of controls (48.0% vs. 12.0%, P＜0.01). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effective improve the anxiety status in elderly patients with elective operation.
