临床护理路径在毛细支气管炎患儿护理工作中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the application of clinical nursing pathway in bronchiolitis children. Methods A total of 140 children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with conventional nursing care and clinical nursing pathway, respectively. Results The overall effective rate was 97.14%(68/70) in observation group and was 88.57%(62/70) in control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05). Observation group had higher satisfaction rate of parents to nursing service compared with the controls (95.71% vs. 85.71%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can improve the treatment efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
