重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术后应用集束化策略的临床探讨

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To discuss the effect of cluster nursing in patients with severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy. Methods A total of 60 cases with severe craniocerebral injury after tracheotomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group implemented cluster nursing based on the control group. Results After nursing, the differences in CRP and PCT in the two group were statistically significant(P<0.05). The error aspiration, bleeding, sputum scab, and complication rate in the observation group were better than that in the control group, which showed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of cluster nursing can reduce the complications of patients, stabilize indicators of the patients, and consolidate the patient′s physical condition.
