责任护士对危重患者病情认知程度的调查研究

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the awareness of primary nurses on critically ill patients. Methods Questionnaires about “eight knowing to disease condition” were sent to 40 primary nurses. Results There were 26(65.0%), 29(72.5%), 30(75.0%) and 26 (65.0%) nurses with basic cognition of nursing issures, conscious state, mental status and discharge difficult, respectively. Twenty nurses (50.0%) showed no awareness of positive physical sign and 29 patients (725%) with partial awareness of therapeutic method. Degree of awareness were higher in nurses with bachelor degree than those with lower education level, and was higher in those in charge of 1～20 beds than those in charge of 21～30 beds(P＜0.05). Conclusion Higher education level and rational allocation of patients to nurses is asscoicated with higher awareness of disease condition in primary nurses.
