大黄敷脐治疗糖尿病患者便秘临床观察

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To observe the effect of umbilicus compress with rhubarb on constipation in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods A total of 60 T2DM patients with constipation were randomly divided into umbilicus compress group (n=30) and control group (n=30), with conventional treatment and nursing care. The umbilicus compress group was given umbilicus compress with rhubarb and peppermint oil additionally. Results The overall effective rate was 93.3%(28/30) in umbilicus compress group and was 66.7%(20/30) in control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05)； Umbilicus compress group achieved shorter defecation interval and lower defecation difficulty compared with the controls (P＜0.05, P＜0.01). Conclusion Conventional nursing care and umbilicus compress with rhubarb and peppermint oil is potential effective for constipation in T2DM patients.
