心理援助应用于护患纠纷的现状分析
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To analyze the application status of psychological assistance in prevention and control of nurse-patient disputes. Methods Bibliometrics and descriptive statistics method were used to collected relevant literatures on psychological assistance in management of nursepatient disputes during a publication period from January 2013 to September 2015. The data of research characteristics, methodology and funding issues were extracted and prevention measures of nursepatient disputes were discussed. Results Out of 258 selected literatures, 250 literatures (96.6%) were analyzed by quantitative study and 8 literatures (3.1%) were analyzed by qualitative study. The main methodologies were investigational and experimental study. There were only 27 literatures with fund support, accounting for 10.5%. The reason for nursepatient disputes included nursing attitude, ability to communicate, emotional states and need of patients, health care costs and low levels of trust to nurse. Conclusion Efforts should be made to innovate research methods and increase funding support. Measures such as reducing the cognitive differences between nurses and patients, paying attention to psychological characteristics, stressing personalized psychological assistance are required for prevention of nurse-patient disputes.
