心理护理干预改善住院放疗肿瘤患者心理状况临床效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on psychological status of cancer patients with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 85 patients with tumor radiotherapy were as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group with 40 cases took routine nursing, and the research group with 45 cases used psychological nursing intervention. Hamilton anxiety and depression scores and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing were compared. Results Hamilton anxiety and depression scores were improved significantly in two groups after nursing, but the improvement of the research group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05); Nursing satisfaction rate in research group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for radiotherapy cancer patients can obviously improve the patient′s anxiety and depression symptoms, and improve nursing satisfaction.
