PDCA循环在冠心病监护病房患者中的应用探讨

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate the application of PDCA based nursing intervention in patients in coronary care unit. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients (as control group) in coronary care unit (CCU) from Jan. 2013 to Dec. 2013 was retrospectively analyzed and PDCA based nursing intervention had been applied since Jan. 2014 for these patients. Another 60 patients in CCU from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2014 were recruited as study group. The incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and no significant difference was found in nursing risk events between two groups (P＞0.05). The study group had higher satisfaction rate compared with the controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion PDCA based nursing intervention can improve nursing satisfaction and prevent from adverse events of nursing in CCU patients.
