非小细胞肺癌靶向治疗中不良反应的护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for adverse reactions in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients with targeted therapy. Methods Clinical data of 46 NSCLC patients received targeted therapy were retrospectively analyzed. Adverse reactions and prevention measures were summarized. Results There were 28 cases with cutaneous reactions, 17 cases with diarrhea, 3 cases with liver disorder and 1 case with interstitial pneumonia in the 46 patients with targeted therapy. Nursing measures for adverse reactions were various, including appropriate medication, liver function monitoring and maintenance of indoor fresh air. Conclusion Adverse reactions in the hematology, gastrointestinal tract and liver injure should be closely monitored during targeted therapy.
