整体护理干预在产科术后留置导尿产妇中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To evaluate the integrated nursing intervention on catheterization for parturient after obstetric surgery. Methods A total of 240 parturients with catheterization were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with integrated nursing intervention and conventional nursing care, respectively. The incidence of urinary tract infection, catheterization duration, symptom check-list 90(SCL-90) and awareness of health knowledge were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of urinary tract infection was 1.67% in intervention group and was 14.17% in control group (P＜0.05). Observation group had shorter catheterization duration and lower SCL90 score compared with the controls (P＜0.05). The awareness of health knowledge was higher in intervention group than that of controls (92.5% vs. 65.00%, P＜0.05). Conclusion Integrated nursing is an effective intervention for reducing risk of urinary tract infection, shorting catheterization duration and enhancing health education in parturient after obstetric surgery.
