膀胱扫描仪在测定SCI神经源性膀胱患者残余尿中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：ABSTRACT: Objective To explore application of bladder scanner in the determination of residual urine in patients with neurogenic bladder after SCI. Methods A total of 59 patients with spinal cord injury were selected to measure the residual urine after urination in 10 minutes by bladder scanner. Results In the duration of hospitalization, the 59 patients totally used bladder scanner to determine the residual urine for 472 times, in which 19 patients had residual urine over or equal to 100 mL every time, and they were given intermittent catheterization regularly. 28 patients had residual urine 73 to 226 mL, and they were given clean catheterization twice a day in the morning and evening to empty the bladder. 12 patients had residual urine less than 100 mL, and they were no need in urine catheterization, and the bladder functions of patients were almost recovered. Conclusion Application of bladder scanner can not only dynamically monitor patients′ residual urine, but also can help to make nursing program for recovery of bladder function in patients.
